Agencies the could support people with mental health issues:
Canterbury District Health Board - They improve, promote and protect the mental health and well being of the Canterbury community. They give advice and they help those who have needs.
Mental Health Education & Resource Centre - They provide health support such as psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor, etc.
Asking help is really hard, it takes a lot of courage but it's one of the most important steps to help you get better, to improve your health. Because mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social wellbeing, therefore, it affects how we think, feel and act.
These agencies I have listed are capable of improving your life because sometimes, you can't always do things by yourself, you can't always keep things by yourself. They support you and help you with your needs, they improve the relationship as well as your social life, they help you to have a good performance whether you are at school or at work, they encourage you and help you to be a better person than you're already are, they improve the quality of life, they prevent suicide and prevent one from killing someone.
Not only that it helps your mental and emotional wellbeing, but it also helps the rest of the 4 dimensions of wellbeing which is your physical wellbeing, social wellbeing and spiritual wellbeing.

For the people in my school:
If someone needs help in our school, they can go to the counsellor (Mrs K), they can also ask staffs like the teachers; staffs who they trust, they can also go to the nurse if they need help with their physical wellbeing, if they're hurt, they can also go to the nurse if they need helps regarding puberty.
