Crispy Mexican Chicken Wrap - Home Economics

In our lesson in Home Economics, we made "Crispy Mexican Chicken Wrap". 

Ingredients: 

• Capsicum 
• Carrots
• Cheese
• Lettuce 
• Chicken 
• Crispy Seasoning 
• Tortilla  
• Chives
• Sour Cream
• Salsa

Flavour: 

It was juicy and cheese. 

Texture: 

It was crispy and smooth due to the sour cream and salsa.

Comments: I really love anything that's savoury and has meat and vegetables. What I don't like is a dish with just vegetables. But the wrap has chicken has was coated with crumbs and seasonings. It went well with the lettuce and carrots which made that wrap juicy and crunchy. There were also toppings such as the salsa, cheese and sour cream that made it creamy and sour and salty. And I love it.
