How to make Pita Pocket - Home Economics

Pita Pocket is a flatbread made out of wheat flour. It is commonly eaten and made in the Mediterranean Middle East. It is stuffed with varieties of meat and vegetables. In Home Economics we made Pita Pocket stuffed with shredded carrots, lettuce, shredded cheese, bacon tomatoes and our own choice of sauces.

This is my Pita Pocket

My Steps/Method:

Cut the flatbread in the middle, stuffed it with the tomatoes first then with lettuce, carrots bacon and lastly, the cheese.

Right board:
Green Board for the vegetables and fruits
Yellow Board for the chicken
White Board for the flour, cheese, bread
Red Board for the raw meat
