Exercise - Hurumanu - PE

I have done a little bit of exercise and lot 3kg. These exercises help us to improve our balance, to help us fit and to keep us healthy. We should do exercises when we have free time if we have nothing to do,
or while in quarantine.

These were the exercises I've done.
  • 50 squats 
  • 20 situps
  • Stretching, standing up straight, arms reach my toes (10-20 times)
  • Planks
  • Scissor kicks 
  • Rolling forearm side planks
