Ingredients:
- Butter (cut into small cubes)
- Plain white sugar
- Vanilla essence
- Condensed milk
- Flour (had been sifted)
- Baking powder (our rising agent)
- Chocolate Chips
It smelled buttery, the texture on the outside was crispy but when you bite into it, it's soft, it's sweet, the chocolate chip complemented the cookie really well. The shape is thick because of the baking powder.
